Otik for teams

Coach your whole team without replaying a single call.

The manager buys seats and hands them out. Every rep keeps their own assistant and coach. The team gets what one person alone never has: a shared playbook, one common focus checked on every call, and a single view of everyone for the manager.

  • 15% off from 5 seats
  • One subscription
  • 14-day trial

What Otik changes for a manager.

Every team call gets reviewed

Transcribed, scored across 8 criteria, debriefed by the coach. You see where each rep wins and loses their calls, without sitting through an hour of recording.

New hires learn from your best

The skill grid shows who’s strongest on each criterion. Pin their best moments, and the whole team can listen.

One focus, applied by everyone

You set a focus for the team. Otik brings it up during calls, the coach checks it was applied, and you see who’s sticking to it.

The team focus

One focus, applied across the whole team.

You decide what to work on this week. Otik reminds each rep during their calls, and after every call the coach checks whether the focus was kept.

The team read

Every week, the coach tells you who to watch and why.

The coach writes a read on the whole team: what’s improving, what’s slipping, the two or three people to watch this week, and the focus to propose. It updates with every new call and lands in your inbox on Monday morning.

The skill grid

Who’s best at what, at a glance.

The 8 criteria, rep by rep, over the period. The team’s best is marked on every row: that’s the person who can show the others how it’s done. One person has a score. A team has a go-to expert for every topic.

  • The objections costing you deals: And who handles them best on the team.
  • Behaviors off target: Talk time, monologues, closed questions.
  • Everyone’s pace: How many calls a week, and who’s stopped making them.

Pinned moments and 1:1s

30 seconds of a great call is worth a training day.

A manager pins a moment from a call: the quote, why it works, and the button to listen. The whole team gets access. Before a one-on-one, the coach prepares the 1:1 brief: wins, watch-outs, questions to ask, a commitment to agree on.

  • The best moments: Pinned by a manager, for the whole team to hear.
  • The 1:1 brief: Written from the rep’s calls, on demand, in a minute.
  • The commitment from the 1:1: Tracked across the rep’s next three calls.

Seats

Seats per plan, one pool of hours.

Every seat’s hours go into one pool. With three Coach seats and two Live seats, the team has 75 hours of calls a month, and each person uses what their activity needs. Hour packs go into the same pool.

The team’s hours this month: the pool, what’s left, and each member’s share

The pool, rep by rep. Nobody gets blocked because a teammate made fewer calls.

Seats can be changed at any time, prorated. A freed seat goes to the next person.

One subscription

One line per plan with its quantity, one invoice, one billing portal. The manager adds or removes seats whenever they want.

Seats get reassigned

When a rep leaves, their seat is freed: it goes to the next person, or drops off the next invoice.

Extra hour packs

10 hours for €30, or 10 hours with the live assistant for €90. Added to the pool, valid for 12 months.

Privacy

Who sees what on the team.

One simple rule: a call belongs to the person who made it and to their managers. Teammates only get access when a manager pins a moment for the whole team.

Scores are shared with the team by default; a manager can restrict them to managers. The coach’s read comes in two versions: the manager’s, which names people, and the team’s, which ranks no one.

Getting started

By email or link, with the role and seat already set. Everyone lands on an account that’s ready to go.

03

Set a focus and follow the team

One focus for everyone. The Team page fills up as the calls come in: best moments, 1:1 briefs, the next focus.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. A call is visible to you and to the team’s managers. The one exception: a moment a manager pins for the whole team because it’s worth hearing. That call then becomes accessible to the team.
